We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources operations. In this role, you will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of Canadian employment laws. A certification in HR (such as CHRP) is preferred.
